The „Nová Úpická“
is located in a quiet part of Dolní Počernice in Prague 9, in Národních hrdinů Street, not far from Českobrodská Street and the former Auto Exner building.

Nová Úpická is living in the countryside, within walking distance is Zámecký park, which together with the Počernický rybník and the Počernický pivovar, is part of a protected natural monument. Park U Čenku is being built in the neighborhood, which has tennis courts, children's playgrounds, observation towers, restaurants and cafes, a natural amphitheater and a geological exhibition with an educational trail.
Right next to mentioned park, you can visit golf course, the Golf Resort Black Bridge.
Billa supermarket is situated 350 m from the project, all civic amenities can be reached within 5 minutes by car - kindergartens and primary schools, a library, a post office, a bank branch and the metropolitan police office. You can find general practitioners for children and adults, dentistry, etc. in Národních hrdinů Street.
Shopping malls Černý Most and Europark Štěrboholy are also accessible within 10 minutes by car or bus.
